This role involves translating intricate business needs into robust and scalable Power Apps applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and a proven ability to lead development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into technical designs using the Power Platform.
- Architect Power Apps solutions, encompassing canvas, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps implementations.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring performance optimization.
- Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, external systems, and diverse data sources.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of Power Apps solutions, prioritizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Maintain awareness of Power Platform advancements and evaluate their potential benefits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of architecting and deploying complex Power Platform solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform components.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and design documents.
- Experience with data modeling, security configurations, and performance optimization within Power Apps.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a major consulting firm or Microsoft Gold partner.
- Background in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with public sector clients.
- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
