A global financial services firm is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join their Debt Capital Markets team focused on the Latin American region. This role will support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing fixed income transactions for a diverse client base, including corporations, governments, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations for clients, encompassing market analysis and transaction proposals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, investor sentiment, and credit conditions to inform client materials.
- Support transaction execution, including documentation, investor communications, due diligence, and coordination with internal and external parties.
- Monitor global and Latin American fixed income markets and provide insights to senior team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, product development, product management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in debt capital markets or Latin American banking is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Fluency in Spanish.
Salary : $82,500 - $135,000
