Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with referral sources and educating the healthcare community on available services. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key referral sources to support company growth.
- Executing consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
- Understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions and earn new or continued referrals.
- Promoting awareness of services within the healthcare community.
- Serving as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and healthcare agencies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in healthcare or related industries (preferred).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
