What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Field Technician, you'll work independently while receiving full support from your team. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Installing and servicing TV and Smart Home solutions.
- Educating customers on how to use their products and the benefits of Smart Home technology.
- Providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintaining a clean work area, professional attitude, and positive representation of the company.

Required Skills & Experience:
