Responsibilities
Account Management : Review and update existing policies to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Upsell and Cross Sell policies : Suggest additional benefits and policies to better protect the household needs of our customers.
Expand New Relationships : Drive new households into the agency by asking for client referrals.
Performance Monitoring : Analyze sales metrics and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Customer Service : Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and fulfilling customer requirements.
Requirement
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in sales or account management, preferably within the insurance sector.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an easily understandable manner.
Sales Expertise : Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze different policy benefits to match effectively for our clients.
Customer-Focused : Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and enhancing the customer experience.
Licensing : Active insurance licensing in the state of Florida is a must. 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License is required.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft products.
