Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality English lessons across Key Stages.
- Foster a love for reading and literature while developing students’ writing and communication skills.
- Create engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Track and support the progress of students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
- Act as a mentor and role model, promoting enthusiasm and confidence in the subject.
- Contribute to the broader school community through participation in extracurricular activities and initiatives.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and experience teaching it across various key stages.
- Passion for language and literature, with the ability to inspire students.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
