Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our culinary team can operate efficiently. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and catering events.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed according to health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by providing assistance as needed during meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Help maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
