Position Overview
Gradial is seeking an experienced and customer-focused technical product manager to lead delivery and relationship management for our AI agent. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of technology expertise and a services-oriented mindset, who thrives in driving client success through tailored solutions.
As the primary point of contact for multiple accounts, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value from Gradial’s Marketing AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, manage solution delivery, and provide strategic guidance to help them fully leverage the platform. Your ability to communicate technical concepts between our customers and with the internal engineering team, align stakeholders. You will serve as the primary bridge between Gradial and our customers, playing a key role in ensuring we deliver an incredible product experience while also prioritizing customer delight. Your work will directly shape how clients perceive and benefit from Gradial’s AI solutions, making you a pivotal force in driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Gradial’s AI technology across client organizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that meet client objectives.
- Monitor client success metrics, deliver insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing product maangement, management consulting at a marketing-driven agency, or technical delivery in a marketing technology organization.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS platforms, or advanced technology products.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Marketing Operations tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
