Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, brand positioning, and target audiences to develop clear, actionable strategies.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market research, analyse audience behaviour, and identify emerging trends to inform creative direction and campaign development.
- Creative Ideation: Partner with the creative team to brainstorm and craft innovative experiential concepts that align with client objectives and agency capabilities.
- Client Communication: Present strategies, concepts, and campaign ideas to clients, articulating the rationale behind decisions and addressing feedback effectively.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and frameworks that inform content creation, campaign activations, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account, production, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of strategy into project execution.
- Performance Analysis: Measure the success of campaigns against KPIs and use data to refine strategies for future projects.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the agency's thought leadership by sharing insights, trends, and innovations in experiential marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, creative direction, or related roles within a marketing or experiential agency.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing and how it integrates with broader marketing strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
