- Shape Our Vision: Lead the strategic development and execution of product marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring our messaging resonates with both technical and business audiences.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and refine product positioning and value propositions that clearly articulate the transformative impact of our solutions.
- Drive Go-to-Market Success: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and AI Delivery teams to design and implement impactful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market expansion.
- Create High-Impact Content: Oversee the production of engaging marketing collateral—ranging from sales enablement tools and presentations to white papers and digital content—that educates and inspires.
- Analyse & Optimise: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns and strategies.
- Be Our Ambassador: Represent Gradient Labs as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our expertise in AI-driven customer support.
- Mentor & Inspire: Hire and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Experienced Leader: Deep experience in product marketing, ideally within the tech or AI sectors and with a solid B2B exposure.
- Strategic Storyteller: Possesses a strong background in developing compelling product narratives and go-to-market strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Is comfortable engaging with technical audiences, including engineering and product management teams.
