Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:
- 5 years of experience as a presentation specialist, or similar role, with significant experience in leading the creation of high-impact presentations for corporate audiences – Required
- Advanced experience in Microsoft PowerPoint (including advanced features such as custom templates, animations, and multimedia integration) – Required
- Experience in other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) – Preferred
- Previous financial services industry experience – Preferred
- Advanced and proven ability as a presentation specialist, or similar role, with significant experience in leading the creation of high-impact presentations for corporate audiences
- Advanced and proven ability in Microsoft PowerPoint (including advanced features such as custom templates, animations, and multimedia integration)
- Advanced ability to guide and consult with senior leaders and other stakeholders on storytelling, content development, and presentation design
- Advanced and proven ability in understanding visual communication principles and how to leverage design to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
- Advanced and proven ability in written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives
- Advanced and proven ability to effectively plan and delegate the work of others
- Advanced and proven ability to consider multiple perspectives, including, but not limited to, those of Financial Service Professionals and other Gradient Companies

- Partner with senior leadership and event presenters to define presentation goals, strategies, and desired outcomes
- Act as the primary liaison for leadership teams, guiding them in crafting compelling stories and building effective presentations
- Work closely with executives to ensure presentations align with corporate messaging, brand standards, and strategic priorities
- Ensure all presentations are visually engaging, aligned with Gradient Financial Group’s brand, and designed to captivate the audience
- Collaborate with design team to develop templates, slide decks, and multimedia elements, ensuring consistency across all internal and external presentations
- Guide teams to develop high-quality, well-structured presentations that deliver clear, concise, and persuasive messaging
- Establish and manage a central repository of presentation assets, including templates, graphics, and content, ensuring ease of access for the entire organization
- Help presenters refine and clarify their key messages and storylines, ensuring content resonates with intended audiences
- Provide guidance on structuring presentations, emphasizing the narrative flow and persuasive elements that support our strategic goals
- Assist in the development of compelling stories, case studies, and data visualizations that captivate audiences while delivering meaningful insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentations, ensuring adherence to Gradient Financial Group’s style guides, design principles, and tone of voice
- Regularly audit presentation materials to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop and enforce best practices for presentation creation and delivery to maintain high-quality standards across the organization
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members on best practices in presentation design, storytelling, and PowerPoint functionality
- Serve as an internal expert in PowerPoint, offering tips and techniques to improve presentation design, slide transitions, and multimedia integration
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and innovations related to presentation design and tools to continually enhance team capabilities
- Lead coordination of presentation materials for key corporate events, conferences, and client-facing presentations
- Work with design team and event planning teams to ensure that presentations align with event themes, messaging, and overall objectives
- Provide on-site or virtual support for presenters during high-profile events to ensure seamless delivery
- Build and enrich relationships with employees both in and outside of your department
- Manage internal and external customer relationships
- Partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
- Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face
- Assist team members with elevated inquires
- Create presentations, educate and train internal employees
- Promote and implement accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, and prevailing attitudes and approaches
- Promote and implement technology enhancements
- Partner to determine, initiate, and lead key initiatives
- Provide suggestions for new or enhanced events and/or services, assist in the development of events/services, and provide ongoing feedback to management
- All other duties as assigned
