About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Applied AI Engineer who is interested in working directly with customers to help leverage our AI platform to solve enterprise automation problems.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and rollout
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Gradient technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Gradient in relation to them.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Gradient's products and marketing

Pay Range and Compensation Package
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $180,000 and $280,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
