About the Role
As the Product Lead for Finance Agents at Gradient, you will create innovative AI products that are as powerful as having an additional member on the user’s team. You will deeply understand the psychology behind the user in order to imbue it into the AI agent.
Additionally, as one of our early team members, you will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the product vision and collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the strategy and development of AI agents for the use of investors and other users within the Financial Services industry
Deeply understand the technology and psychology behind agents
Own the full lifecycle of products from inception and development to rollout and ongoing success
Craft a narrative, define product requirements, and prioritize effectively
Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of full-time product management or related industry experience
Bonus points for experience in Financial Services
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
Enjoy building 0 to 1 products from the ground up

Pay Range and Compensation Package
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $160,000 and $210,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
