To join this team please have the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN) (RN)
- Current/active license in PA.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior MDS/RAI experience
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing
