Responsibilities of RN :
- The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Registered Nurse (RN)Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
