We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented test administrator (TA) to oversee standardized testing sessions. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that testing procedures are followed accurately and that students have a conducive environment to perform their best. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the testing process.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during standardized testing sessions to ensure compliance with testing protocols
- Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring that all items are accounted for before and after the testing period
- Provide clear instructions to students regarding test procedures and guidelines
- Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or violations of testing rules
- Assist students with any questions or concerns during the examination process while maintaining test security
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions
- Collaborate with educators to support adult education initiatives and enhance the overall testing experience for students
- Maintain current test administration training credentials
Qualifications
- MUST have appropriate educator or administrator license required for Michigan
- Strong understanding of standardized testing procedures and requirements.
- Willing to travel in the state of Michigan
- Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
