Duties And Responsibilities

They will leverage their experience to motivate individuals to move from thinking to doing to attract, enroll, and set the stage for the retention of students.

Job Description:

Graduation Alliance is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to join a team dedicated to helping adults reach their high school graduation day. Enrollment Counselors work directly with prospective students via phone, email, text, chat, and other social media to assist with enrollment into our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy outbound call volume to respond to prospective student requests for information and guidance

• Answer incoming inquiries from prospective students
• Manage student applications, schedule appointments, and conduct informational interviews,
• Document the admissions process for compliance, and follow up with students through the enrollment process
• Contribute to a team goal
• Facilitate student enrollment
• Record accurate and timely information regarding student communication
• Facilitate a smooth transition from enrollment to student services

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a goal-oriented environment
• Inside sales or call center experience is preferred
• Experience with an automated phone system is preferred
• Experience building relationships with customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking, curiosity, and good listening skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• Knowledge of sales management systems such as Salesforce is preferred

Education:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
