Since 2007, Graduation Alliance has worked with more than 650 state agencies, school districts, community colleges, and workforce boards around the country to recruit, re-enroll, educate, and mentor students. Our full-service diploma completion programs can be delivered in facility-based, blended, or fully online settings. These programs are supported with recruiting, transcript analysis, technology, coaching and mentoring, and robust support services.

Position Description:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for promoting the mission of Graduation Alliance by helping students get enrolled in our program via phone-based recruiting. Our ideal candidate has sales and call center experience, is empathetic towards young people who face complex social challenges, is detail and results-oriented, is not afraid to talk on the phone, and has a passion to help students finish up their high school education. If you are a goal-oriented sales producer this position is right for you.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Make and receive calls regarding student enrollment.
2. Enroll students over the phone by gathering student information, determining students' needs and eligibility, and ensuring students are successfully enrolled in the program and follow up if necessary.
3. Work towards and achieve monthly individual enrollment goals.
4. May be asked to work for other programs as needs arise.
5. Other duties related to the position, as assigned.
Spanish speaking abilities are required.
