Basic Functions
The Partnership Account Manager is primarily responsible for developing long term relationships with schools, community partners, businesses, individuals, and other relevant organizations throughout the United States in key target markets. Represent the organization and work with the leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that will increase company visibility and student enrollments within the surrounding communities. Grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and acquiring new partnership agreements. Travel required, including some out-of-state. Must be Fluent in Spanish and English.
The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the Account Manager’s efficacy and success is gaining new partnerships. Success in this position is a minimum of four new partnerships with schools, community partners, businesses, and other organizations per quarter tracked.
Responsibilities
Partnership Relationships: Assist in reaching the departmental goal of achieving a 6% year-over-year quarterly increase in sales. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on all corporate products and services. Procure at least one community partner agreement per quarter, expanding the network of partnerships beyond core accounts. Cultivate and nurture relationships with schools, community partners, businesses, and other relevant organizations.
Partnership Growth: Secure 3-4 W lists or MOU/Data Share agreements within each quarter. Generate leads for potential clients, present programs, and follow up to win new business.
Team Leadership: Oversee Account Associates and provide guidance and support through routine ride-along, weekly check-ins, and personalized training sessions to enhance their skills and performance.
Market Analysis and Expansion Strategies: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets, targeting schools, community partners, and businesses that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Brand Awareness: Work with the Director to develop and implement initiatives that will increase company visibility and student enrollments within the surrounding communities. This involves growing the business through building successful long-term client relationships and acquiring new partnership agreements.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. You are required to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience
3 years of extensive experience in sales and managing clients, which provides the required knowledge. You are required to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
