Job Summary
The Sonographer Training Coordinator (STC) plans, directs, and organizes clinical and laboratory education to coordinate with didactic education. Demonstrates, provides clinical instruction and evaluation in the didactic laboratory and clinical setting. Provides instruction and evaluation in didactic courses. Evaluates and ensures the effectiveness of the clinical education centers.
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two (2) years full-time (minimum of 35 hrs/wk equivalent) professional experience as a general sonographer is required.
- Certified in OB/Gyn and Abdominal Sonography by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
