Job Description

The Talent Development Partner is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing effective training platforms to assist individuals and departments in improving performance. This individual will play a critical role in creating engaging content, enabling managers, and facilitating training sessions. The TD Partner must be passionate about driving employee development through creative content, building leadership capabilities, and impactful presentations. This position also has responsibility and oversight of the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of training schedules, transcripts and uploads. The TD Partner collaborates with internal clients in areas that include strategic planning, performance improvement and project management. This position provides ongoing reports that detail training utilization and ROI.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate engaging learning sessions, including workshops, labs, and experiential learning programs. Encourage peer learning and community building by facilitating post-session discussions, manager cohorts, and group reflections.
• Uses instructional design principles to develop programs specifically tailored to the needs of the business using both internal resources and external support as needed in the creation of cutting edge and state of the art blended programs.
• Seeks out and applies feedback to processes and programs to ensure organizational relevancy and ongoing improvement.
  Works with external vendors and internal resources to own the delivery of learning programs whether those be ILT (in person training), VILT (virtual training), e-learning (self-guided learning), VR/AR (mixed reality training) etc.
• Works with Talent Development Program manager on all LMS components including managing content and uploads, maintaining training schedules, annual mandatory training, and generating reports as needed.
• Manages logistics of all training offerings.
• Delivers Grady development initiatives and programs as assigned. Tracks organizational talent and development performance and provides analytics and ROI reporting.
• Works closely with Senior Talent Development Manager to manage the design and development of learning solutions that leverage a variety of modalities for the organization.

The Skills you'll need:

Required Skills:
o Must be familiar with LMS concepts and functionality. In addition, must be a quick learner of
systems.
o Proven ability and competence to function in a highly visible role with heavy cross-functional
interaction across the human resources platform.
o Technical and practical grasp of HR practices and metrics to deliver fully integrated human
capital solutions to clients.
o Must have sound technical skills, analytical ability, including ability to interpret
metrics/dashboards, good judgement, and a strong operational focus.

o SHRM Certification
o Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, DDI or Hogan certification
o Well versed in adult training theory and instructional design
o Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; confidence presenting to large
audiences.
o Strong project management, diagnostic and consulting skills
o Strategic and systematic thinking skills

Experience you will need:

• Required: Two to three years of progressive experience in human resources and/or organizational development
• Preferred: Two years change management communication
