SUMMARY
The Decision Support Analyst is responsible for optimizing workforce efficiency and productivity within the organization by analyzing labor data, developing strategies to improve labor utilization, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a self-starter who has the ability to work closely management to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational performance and employee satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related experience
- Three (3) or more years job related experience including: experience in analysis of hospital labor management
- Advanced knowledge and skills in FTE analysis and management
- Highly proficient in Excel required
- Experience in Taleo, Strata and Peoplesoft desired
- Experience in hospital operations desired
- Highly organized and detail-oriented required
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
