What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Customer Services Coordinator position at Grady Management Inc?
Grady Management, Inc., on of the area's leading property management firms, is seeking a candidate to help us coordinate the resident's experience of an 850 unit apartment community located in Montgomery Village, MD. This position is to ensure that all vacant units are ready and to investigate and respond to all resident inquiries in a timely, skilled, and professional manner.
Customer service skills are a must-have.
This position is currently eligible for leasing bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement social activities and incentives to enhance resident retention
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and address inquires
- Assist with Marketing/Leasing efforts
- Respond to resident complaints and concerns
- Assist with scheduling turnover
- Educating residents about rental assistance and other programs that will benefit the residents
- Attend resident association meetings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word
- Bilingual a plus
