Grady Management, Inc, one of the metro area’s leading property management firms, is seeking a Community Manager for Bradford Mews Apartments, a 100 unit apartment community located in Smithfield, VA.
This position is currently eligible for quarterly nondiscretionary bonuses up to 10% of their salary, annually. This position is also currently eligible for leasing bonuses.

This position is eligible for an additional quarterly bonus.
This position is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including :
- Resident relations
- Rent loss control
- Rent collections
- Coordinating service requests
- Supervising staff
The ideal candidate will have :
Some weekend work may be required.
