Grady Management, Inc., one of the metro area’s leading property management firms, is seeking a Community Manager for Adams Crossing Apartments, a 300 unit apartment community located in Waldorf, MD.
This position is currently eligible for quarterly nondiscretionary bonuses up to 10% of their salary, annually. This position is also currently eligible for leasing bonuses.
We offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, RX, Life, LTD, 401(k) and PTO.
This position is eligible for an additional quarterly bonus.
This position is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including :
- Resident relations
- Rent loss control
- Rent collections
- Coordinating service requests
- Supervising staff
The ideal candidate will have :
Some weekend work may be required.
