Grady Management, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Groundskeeper for Peters Creek Apartments, a 175 unit community in Roanoke, VA. This position will maintain grounds. Duties include, but are not limited to: maintain clean indoor common areas cleaning halls, painting , maintaining curb appeal, delivering notices to residents, & shoveling snow.
Work is indoors and outdoors. May assist maintenance personnel with various duties. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with limited general maintenance skills to enter the property management field.
