SUMMARY
This position will assist the Supervisor in monitoring levels to ensure that quantities on hand are sufficient to meet the demands of customers. Other duties include, but are not limited to, data entry of issues and patient charges into the approved Information System. Assisting the department manager in managing the inventory daily operational activities to exceed customer satisfaction and to assure delivery of quality customer support in a consistent, professional, courteous and responsive manner at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma is required.
- Must have one to three (1-3) years of equivalent experience and/or training in customer service or a distribution center.
- Candidate should possess an ability to deal effectively with employees, patients, internal/ external customers and outside vendors.
