About The Position
As Ecommerce Site Operations Specialist you are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the website and optimizing the technology experience. You will assist department managers in a multitude of initiatives including on site operations, technology optimizations, promotions, customer service, quality assurance and site up-time standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, organize and maintain product tagging structure to optimize site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs
- Lead the maintenance of the site including 3rd party app integrations, new item setup, product collections, ongoing error handling, escalation to developer resources and product data integrity
- Facilitate creation/setup of new eCommerce items and bundles in collaboration with the new product development, merchandising and marketing teams
- Regularly Merchandise collection pages, product detail pages, landing pages, offers, discount codes and links
- Review and test new development implementations to ensure a positive user experience on various devices and browsers
- Support customer service on ticket escalations
- Create and maintain promo codes and discount scripts
- Manage online discount rules for different customer segments and users
- Gather Customer Service team feedback and develop action plans. Report those website changes back to Customer Experience to close the feedback loop
- Update landing and content pages on the site
About You
- 1-3 years experience in ecommerce
- Experience with Shopify
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills evaluating complex data and market research
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, especially grammar and spelling
- We are looking for someone who takes initiative
Strongly Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with email and SMS marketing a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Project Management tools like Asana, Trello or Wrike
- Interest in fashion and home a plus

The Salary range for this position is $45,000 - $69,000 depending on experience.
