What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC/TEC Center Representative position at Graff Chevrolet Bay City?

Our BDC/TEC Team is responsible for handling phone and internet inquiries through the TEC Center, including prompt responses to leads, maximizing number of appointments, updating CRM software, making sure all websites are up-to-date and providing updates to the dealership management.
We're looking for an individual with -
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable with the ability to focus in a busy work environment
- An outgoing personality
- Previous sales experience is not required
- Previous customer service or phone experience is helpful

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
