Graffen is a copier dealership and IT consulting company in Conshohocken that supports organizations in and around the Philadelphia area. We’re looking for entry level candidates to help within the copier and printer support division of our company. The goal of this position to is help this team with day to day tasks, while learning how to install, support and repair printers and copiers. When time permits, this position would also support our IT consulting division by participating in Level 1 Help Desk tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Traveling to clients’ offices to troubleshoot and repair our line of copiers and printer hardware issues.
- Unboxing and setting up printers and copiers.
- Assisting with delivery of printers and copiers to clients’ offices.
- General office maintenance.
- Supply inventory and management.
- Company shipping and receiving tasks.
