Donut Shop Manager

Graffiti Donuts is a family owned local business entering into its 5th year of operation. This is a seasonal position from May-October. We are seeking hands on managers with experience and passion for customer service. This is an hourly and tipped position. You will be actively engaging with customers, maintaining inventory, handling cash and reports, and making the schedule for 8-12 employees.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee and donut shop. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a background in hospitality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction while ensuring a high standard of service.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Make and manager schedules and staff assignments to optimize performance and service delivery.
• Train and develop team members in hospitality best practices.
• Oversee inventory control and food and beverage ordering.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high morale among staff.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with upper management to implement new initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Experience in supervising teams within the hospitality industry.
• Background in shift management, with the ability to lead by example during busy periods.
• Experience in training development, demonstrating an ability to mentor staff effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and culinary operations is highly desirable.
• Leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams towards achieving common goals.
