What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce?
- Under the direction of the Executive Director and the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant manages day-to day operations of the Chamber office and all the general correspondence, including answering phones, data entry, processing payments, filing and activities related to the normal duties of the position of Administrative Assistant. In addition, will be responsible for assisting in event planning and implementation of Chamber events paying close attention to detail all while possessing a positive attitude.
