As Maryland’s leading bankruptcy law firm, we are committed to offering compassionate and top-quality legal support to our clients in their time of need. We’re seeking a positive and professional Intake Specialist to join our Towson office, assisting potenital clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries to our firm through incoming phone calls and emails. You will also be responsible for making outgoing calls, scheduling meetings, and handling payments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with both inbound and outbound callers to establish rapport and assess their legal needs.
- Schedule client appointments with advisors, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated and clients are well-prepared for their consultations.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and professional support to clients through phone, email, and text communication.
- Ensure clients feel listened to, valued, and supported during their initial interaction with our firm.
- Collaborate closely with team members to guarantee a smooth transition from initial contact to advisor consultations.
- Accurately maintain records of all client communications and appointment details in our system.

- Proficient with computers. Must know Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills and be able to learn new software.
- A team-oriented, collaborative approach with a strong client-centered focus.
- Previous experience in reception, call center environments, customer service, or appointment scheduling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
