Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create diverse content types for client engagement, including but not limited to:
- Email templates for various client communication scenarios
- Blog posts on industry trends and company updates
- Social media content for multiple platforms
- White papers and case studies
- Infographics and visual content
- Video scripts for explainer videos and product demonstrations
- Develop content that can be easily customized and automated based on specific client triggers or events
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand client needs and create targeted content
- Research industry trends and competitors to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and relevant
- Assist in developing a content calendar and managing content production timelines
- Help optimize existing content for SEO and readability
- Contribute ideas for new content formats and engagement strategies
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, three writing samples required
- Creativity and ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail: precision is vital, especially when managing campaigns and crafting messages for the public
