Minimum of 10 years experience in the water / wastewater and construction fields.
At least 5 years of managing projects at the Project Manager level.

Key Responsibilities :
The Project Manager will play a vital role in managing projects for our client and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet project cost, quality, risk, and schedule outcomes. Key responsibilities include :
Ensuring adherence to program standards and protocols.
Managing all project functions throughout the planning, design, and construction phases.
Overseeing Design Consultants to ensure timely completion of Project Implementation Reports (PIR).
Facilitating procurement processes for design phase services.
Monitoring progress of Construction Contractors and taking proactive measures to address any delays.
Reviewing contract documents and managing change orders efficiently.
Reporting project status to upper management and providing updates to the Program Controls team.
Managing and mentoring junior staff throughout the project lifecycle.
Instilling and upholding project procedures developed by senior management.
Demonstrating sound commercial judgement with contractors and consultants.
Sharing lessons learned to contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
Experience with risk management, contracting, and insurance.
Familiarity with both conventional and design-build contracting.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
