- Maintain a proactive, positive, and ambitious approach throughout project lifecycles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proven experience in project management and execution.

- Experience with NJDOT projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is required.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
