Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience to contribute to a variety of projects within our firm. A Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred; however, we are open to considering experienced Engineer in Training (EIT) candidates who are pursuing their PE.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plans for drainage, paving, lot layout, utility layout, grading, and water systems.
• Engage in site design for both land development and municipal projects.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in civil engineering design principles.
• Experience with drainage, paving, lot layout, and utility layout.
• Strong knowledge of grading and water systems.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, ambitious mindset.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles.
• PE designation preferred; EIT candidates on the path to becoming PE will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in site design for land development and municipal projects.
