- Report directly to the Director of Engineering, providing updates and insights on project progress.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and related software.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering, particularly with transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with NJDOT projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
