Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Site Design Engineer to contribute to a variety of land development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and hold an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience. Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site design for diverse land development initiatives.
• Engage in the design of drainage systems, paving, roadways, lot layouts, and utilities layouts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.

• Expertise in Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Proven experience in site design and land development.

Qualifications
