Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Site Design Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a Professional Engineer (PE) license, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the design of drainage, paving, lot layouts, and utilities layouts across various projects, primarily focusing on military, commercial, municipal, and other land development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage design responsibilities for drainage, paving, lot layout, and utilities layout.
  • Develop and oversee project proposals and scopes.
  • Execute project engineering from inception to final completion ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in civil engineering design software and tools.
  • Strong grasp of site design principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for government projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a necessity.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
  • Proven background in military, commercial, municipal, and land development projects is preferred.
