The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE), a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering. This role involves managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that all aspects including project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, budgeting, and scheduling are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from conception to final delivery.
• Manage project scope, proposals, design, and engineering tasks.
• Ensure effective budgeting and scheduling for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to fulfill project requirements.
