Job Description
General Accountabilities in this Role:
- Work with cross functional teams across the company including QA/QC, Engineering, Procurement and Operations to manufacture optimal output of products which meet and exceed SOPs, GMPs, FDA, OSHA and ISO requirements.
- Trouble shoot, identify, and assist in developing solutions for issues affecting production.
- Ensure appropriate maintenance schedules are set and implemented.
- Participate in the capital process by identifying, developing, submitting, and implementing CAPEX
- Lead continuous improvement projects and activities as required.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
Summary Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong experience in project management and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of master scheduling practices and capacity analysis.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, replenishment methodology, and industrial engineering techniques.
