The Director Advanced Practice Providers (APP) divides their time between patient care and leadership responsibilities.
The APP Director is responsible for directing all Graham Medical Group APP operations and facilitating all GMG APP communication between Graham Medical Group, Graham Hospital, and Coleman Medical Associates.
While performing patient care, the APP Director works with a collaborating physician in an active practice at Graham Medical Group to deliver health care services to people of all ages and their families, providing patients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their health care and lifestyle choices.
The APP Director reports to the Vice-President of GMG Clinic Operations.
Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
Board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. 5 Plus Years of Previous experience in physician group practice or healthcare setting.
Graduate of an accredited Master’s Degree program for Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
Management experience is required, with a solid understanding of Healthcare Finance, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management, Quality, Compliance and Outpatient/Clinic Operations.
Board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Director positions range between $55,000 - $150,000 annual salary. All wages are determined by experience and skills; wage information will be discussed further upon interview selection.
