Graham Health System is seeking a passionate Foundation Director dedicated to healthcare and community service. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships and promoting the mission of the Graham Hospital Foundation.
The Foundation Director is pivotal in leading the Graham Hospital Foundation in its mission, making a significant impact on the Graham Health System and the communities it serves. This position leads the Graham Hospital Foundation’s efforts through the development and implementation of its strategic plan, fundraising initiatives, and brand campaigns. This individual will leverage technology for communication, grant writing, data gathering, and reporting activities. The Director fosters strong relationships with donors and potential donors and ensures continuous community outreach to meet all objectives. The Director will build connections and create recurring giving options with key community stakeholders, local businesses, educational organizations, and GHS providers and employees.
The Director oversees all philanthropic efforts, including but not limited to the planning and execution of major fundraising events, creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising program, and the creation/execution of the strategic plan. The Director has day-to-day oversight from the GHS President & CEO and/or their designee, and governance oversight from the Graham Hospital Foundation Board.
This position works in collaboration with GHS Business Development and Marketing leaders.
Understanding of Foundation legal and regulatory requirements.
Public relations/marketing and fundraising experience and a dynamic and positive leadership style.
Significant experience with grant writing and interacting with C-Suite Executives and Board Trustees/Directors.
Prefer 3 years fundraising and marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing, Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in healthcare leadership preferred

Director positions range between $50,000 - $70,000 annual salary, with up to a 15% performance bonus. All wages are determined by experience and skills; wage information will be discussed further upon interview selection.
