Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor who responsible for the efficient scheduling of all Patient Service Coordinators (PSC), ensuring availability of training and tools, personnel reassignment to regions as needed, and close coordination with production supervisors to meet or exceed timely delivery of care. The Scheduling Supervisor is a hybrid role that may be required to work in an office (closest to home) or remote.

Serves as a central point of escalation to address scheduling - patient prioritization, and concerns.
Creates and manages shift accountability 7 days a week and holidays for the centralized patient service coordinators (PSCs) responsible to assign clinicians to patients.

Scheduling Supervisor Responsibilities

- Optimizes Patient Service Coordinator output
- Ensures adequate Patient Service Coordinator coverage per branch
- Ensures clear communication of expectations and reviews performance
- Delivers coaching and feedback to support Patient Service Coordinator development
- Responsible for creating and conducting training sessions to support Patient Service Coordinator development and maintain team proficiency
- Manages the daily workflow and day-to-day operations of the Patient Service Coordinator team
- Actively monitors HCHB patient-related workflow, web scheduling, and Smart Scheduling by using reports such as smart scheduling, visit dispatching, pending referral tracker, and other assigned reports
- Accountable for deploying both existing and new features of the scheduling technology with their team as necessary
- Ensures their staff members understand procedures and assist in the implementation of changes that meet the needs of the organization
- Promotes an environment for team members to work together to achieve goals.
- Help foster a supportive and engaging work environment to encourage team involvement and engagement
- Continuously provide support and exemplify best practices
- Consistently exhibits a positive attitude and desire to comply with Graham Healthcare Group corporate culture.
- Management of team schedules for shift coverage required.
- Experience with Office 365 - Word, Excel, One Note and Teams required.
- Ability to collaborate, gain credibility, and influence others.
- Demonstrates the willingness to proactively understand process and gathers information that supports meaningful recommendations.
- Associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Previous clinical setting experience with medical terminology use required
- Minimum of 4 years of prior home healthcare experience required.
