We are looking to add a new team member to lead our team of technicians performing residential system checks for our customers.

Work hours: Varies depending on the workload. The majority of hours are Monday through Friday 8-6pm, however you will need to be available 24 hours a day for 7 days during your on-call rotation.

Requirements: There are 5 critical components to success in this system.

1) Strive for 80% of revenue from sales leads.

2) Strive for a $800 sales conversion rate.

3) Follow our process on every call.

4) Average running 4 calls per day.

5) Operate with a strong sense of urgency.

Additional Requirements:

  • Continual reinforcement to the branch employees of the importance of following the EverRest process.
  • Help technicians' close sales.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex service issues and customer concerns.
  • Assist with verifying equipment orders, installations, and paperwork for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain leadership qualities by operating with integrity, teamwork, and accountability.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for personal performance regarding total revenue. Total revenue is a combination of leads for equipment sales and service revenue. Run service calls when needed. Follow our process on every call to maintain high-level, consistent, sustainable customer service. Be coachable. Maintain records in our service software with pictures and data at every call. Maintain proper and accurate inventory on your vehicle. Drive safely. Work safely. Maintain the company vehicle and schedule maintenance when needed. Drive vehicles only for business. Rotate on-call schedule. Be a team player. Good communication with customers and other employees.

  • Assist the Area Supervisor with monitoring and improving technician performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide guidance to technicians during after-hours calls.

Daily Duties:

1) Follow the Everrest Lead Generation Process.

2) Show up to every call on time or early.

3) Continually follow all company processes with a special emphasis on following our system for system checks and repairs. Proper documentation in the service software for each call you complete.

4) Communicate with the office/dispatch on progress of your day and future events that may cause changes in your schedule.

5) Selling service contracts.

6) Operate with a sense of urgency and know your numbers.

7) Understand your numbers and check them daily.

8) Collect money before leaving the house when done with each call.

9) Rotate on-call schedule.

10) Put the team first – Team success leads to continued individual success.

11) Assist with call reviews, customer follow-ups, and resolution of complaints.

12) Provide training and oversight for new technicians on processes and tools.

13) Verify completed calls, installations, and paperwork for accuracy.

Performance indicators: Measuring Effectiveness.

1) Produced leads at a ratio of 1 lead in 6.5 calls.

2) Strive for a $800 sales conversion rate – Sales $/Call.

3) Attendance – Rare Sick days and time off requested with proper notice.

4) Average 4 Calls Ran Per Day.

5) Completing 5 steps a week on Everrest Process.

6) Vehicle inventory accuracy.

7) Mentor and develop junior technicians to meet performance goals.

Benefits:

  • Must maintain full-time status to qualify.
  • PTO is only for full-time. To maintain full-time, you must complete 35 calls per pay period.
  • PTO/Holiday time is $200 per day.
  • 10 days PTO yearly after 12 months. And accrues max of 10 days on their anniversary date thereafter.
  • Cannot accrue more than 10 days of PTO.

  • 401K
  • Holidays pay after 90 days of satisfactory employment. If you don’t work the day before or the day after a holiday, then there is no holiday pay.

Other:

  • Company supplied cell phones or tablet. Company supplied vehicle. Both must be properly maintained.
  • This role will also receive additional incentives for training and assisting other technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
