Key Responsibilities:
- Direct personnel in the management of safety, quality, customer service, and resource utilization
- Implement corrective actions from customer or internal complaints
- Select, train, and develop shift and staff personnel to attain organizational goals
- Review operating statements and direct manufacturing operations within budgetary standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or related plant management experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to interact with other managers, employees, vendors, and customers
