Overview
We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer & Installer to join our team in the packaging machinery industry. This role involves PLC programming, installation, troubleshooting, and technical support for automated packaging systems. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming & Configuration : Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs for packaging machinery.
- Installation & Commissioning : Set up and test automated packaging systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues remotely and on-site.
- Customer Training & Support : Provide hands-on training to operators and maintenance teams.
- Travel : Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally) for installations, maintenance, and emergency support.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of installations, programming changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
