Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Office Coordinator for an asset management and planning firm in the Triad. This person is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office and managing all associated responsibilities.

- Responsible for answering the phone and distributing calls accordingly.
- Written contact with clients via email and text including setting appointments, sending appointment reminders, birthday messages, etc.
- Phone contact with clients for setting appointments, reminding of appointments, troubleshooting login troubles, etc.
- Assist in preparation for meetings
- Get to know and build relationships with clients and their families
- Preparation of greeting cards for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, get well, etc)
- Purchase and maintenance of office supplies
- Responsible for maintaining our two Partner’s calendars by scheduling all of their client and other appointments. Both excellent verbal and writing skills are imperative as you would be the first impression for our clients and prospects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other well-known software is important. Also, runs reports used in their client review appointments.
- Coordinate client events annually and that will include scheduling events, keeping up with RSVP's, set menus for events and work within a budget.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
