Coordinates with assigned lead and / or supervisor and other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.Delegates HVAC-related tasks to HVAC staff or contractors to ensure timely work order completion.Diagnoses causes of problems and / or failures in heating / air conditioning systems to identify equipment and / or systems repair and / or replacement needs.Informs personnel regarding procedures and / or status of work orders to provide information for making decisions, taking appropriate action, and / or complying with building and safety regulations.Installs heating and air conditioning equipment and systems to provide enhanced and / or upgraded capabilities. -Maintains vehicle, tools, and equipment to ensure availability in safe operating conditions.Monitors HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance.Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars, as assigned to convey and / or gather information required to perform job functions.Performs maintenance on HVAC units to ensure the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) to document activities and / or convey information.Repairs heating and air conditioning systems and / or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.) to ensure a comfortable work environment.Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and / or repair.Responds to emergencies during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.Supervises HVAC staff and contractors to ensure work is performed at high levels and provides expertise as needed.Supervises contract work to ensure contract terms are fulfilled and work standards are met.Our Hiring Process

Must possess a valid driver's license , as the position may involve travel to various job sites or client locationsMust hold EPA Certification , demonstrating proficiency in handling environmental protection and regulatory compliance related to HVAC systemsMust be highly skilled craftsmen in their trade, with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical working experience in the residential HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire, and / or mechanical equipment service industryMust be authorized to work in the US.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
